PAYMENT METHODS

Alfred and Alexa accepts the following payment methods:

  1. Cash Deposits:
    This payment method entails the customer walking into any GTBank to make payment into our bank account. You may also request for a transfer from and bank of your choice. The customer is required to e-mail proof of payment (e.g the teller number) to admin@alfredandalexa.com
  1. Online Transfers:
    This requires the customer transferring money directly from his/her bank account to our bank account. Whilst making the transfer, please use your full name and/or order number as a reference. E-mail proof of payment to admin@alfredandalexa.com

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery is made to the address you provided on your order mail (if you ordered via e-mail) or to the addressed you filled out on the checkout page (if you shopped our webstore).

LAGOS MAINLAND: N1,500

LAGOS ISLAND: N1,500

LEKKI: N2,000

West:  N1,500

East:    N3,500

North: N3,500

South: N3,500

 

Delivery Times:

Orders are dispatched normally within 24 hours of confirmation of payment. Bespoke/ Special orders may however take longer.

All orders are delivered during business hours [from 9am to 4pm] and would exclude Saturdays and Sundays.

 

Personal Pick-Up:

You can choose to pick up your order personally from our pick-up point. This option attracts no cost. The pick-up address would be communicated to you on request. Please send request to admin@alfredandalexa.com
